shopclavers, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and service. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to our return and exchange policy below.

1. No Refunds -We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or credit notes are provided under specified conditions.
2. Request Period - Exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Contact - Send your exchange or return request to shopclavers.com1@gmail.com. An executive will respond within 72 working hours excluding weekends and National Holidays.


Exchange and Return Conditions

1. Eligible Reasons for Exchange :
- Incorrect size received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damaged product upon receipt.
- Wrong product received.

2. Non-Eligible Reasons:
- Non-manufacturing defects such as pen marks, breaking threads, or any kind of marks.
- Colour variations due to screen resolution differences (10-12% colour difference).

3. Product Condition for Exchange:
- All product tags must be intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging along with the invoice.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

4. Quality Inspection:
- A confirmation email will be sent once the shipment is received and passes our quality inspection.
- If the product fails the quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you.

5. Exchange Limit:
- Only one exchange per piece is allowed.

Shipping and Charges

1.Reverse Pickup:
- Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹220, bearable by the customer, even in the case of defective or wrong products, as this service is arranged through a third-party provider.Will be adjusted in your credit note (You don't have to pay us )

2. Shipping Information:
- Once the exchange is dispatched, you will receive the shipping details on your registered email ID.

Specific Scenarios

1. Defective Products:
- A refund is only provided for defective products such as torn items, and an opening video is mandatory for processing these queries.

2. Gift Card Purchases:
- Only size exchanges are allowed for products purchased using gift cards.

Additional Information

1.Colour Variations:
- Our products may have slight variations in colour, finish, and overall look due to different monitor displays and lighting conditions. We do not entertain exchanges or returns based on these variations.

2.Credit Notes:
- If the product does not meet your expectations, we will provide an exchange or a credit note for future purchases valid for three months.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes we offer COD all over India. While placing an oder, in the payment page choose COD.

How can I make payment?

You can either pay at the delivery (COD) or make a paymnet online. You can you credit cards or debit cards or internet banking or UPI.

All the products in our store are crafted with high quality brass and coated with gold for a fantastic.

What about the sizes of the products?

All the products in our store are made with Indian adults in mind. They all come in standard size are perfect fit for most Indians.

Will the colours fade over time?

All our products are coated with gold and a special coating to protect it.

How can I track the status of my order?

We usually ship out all orders we have received in 1-3 business days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a text message, email and whatsapp from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. You can also track your order on our website.

Can I change Address once the order is placed?

Please keep in mind that once we have received and processed your order, we will not be able to change the address. While we will do our best to change the address and assist you, please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. In such cases, we can make a request to our delivery partner, but the final execution is up to them. So, if you've entered your address or pin code incorrectly or want to change it, please contact contact@oros.store right away and we'll do our best to assist!

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

We collaborate with all of India's leading logistics partners to ensure that your jewellery is delivered smoothly and on time. Once your order is confirmed, it may take us up to 1 to 3 business days to ship it. If the product is manufactured it'll take 8 business days. Most deliveries are completed within 6-8 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Refer our shipping policy for more details.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We offer Free Shipping across all orders delivered within India.

We understand that buying online isn't always easy, but we want to give you a chance to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all unused and unworn items. Please keep in mind that the 7-day return policy does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, or God idols. Please keep in mind that the items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

I don't like the product. How can I return my order?

You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Contact support to request a return.
