DOMESTIC DELIVERY

shopclavers provides shipping services all across India. To make it easy for you, we have mentioned a few of the policies which will help you have it clear:

  • We proceed with all shipping from our India (Bhilwara) Office.
  • Free standard shipping all across the country.
  • We usually ship within 7-10 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • The estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. It gets covered within 7-12 days maximum.
  • There are no extra shipping charges for delivery of cod orders as well as prepaid orders for customers in India.
  • All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
  • Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. SHIPPING

International orders are all shipped International Priority with our carrier. Estimated shipping time is within 12-20 business days, however, this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.

RATES

When it comes to international orders, you will be charged USD 24 per kg..Orders delivered to addresses outside India may be subject to extra taxes, charges, or fees which are acknowledged by the local office of the destination place.

 CUSTOM DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

  • Please email us at shopclavers.com1@gmail.com with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation.
  • Do collect your order within 2 working days upon confirmation email.
  • If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
  • Self-collection is only available 1 day after an order is made.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes we offer COD all over India. While placing an oder, in the payment page choose COD.

How can I make payment?

You can either pay at the delivery (COD) or make a paymnet online. You can you credit cards or debit cards or internet banking or UPI.

All the products in our store are crafted with high quality brass and coated with gold for a fantastic.

All the products in our store are made with Indian adults in mind. They all come in standard size are perfect fit for most Indians.

Will the colours fade over time?

All our products are coated with gold and a special coating to protect it.

How can I track the status of my order?

We usually ship out all orders we have received in 1-3 business days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a text message, email and whatsapp from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. You can also track your order on our website.

Can I change Address once the order is placed?

Please keep in mind that once we have received and processed your order, we will not be able to change the address. While we will do our best to change the address and assist you, please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. In such cases, we can make a request to our delivery partner, but the final execution is up to them. So, if you've entered your address or pin code incorrectly or want to change it, please contact contact@oros.store right away and we'll do our best to assist!

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

Once your order is confirmed, it may take us up to 1 to 3 business days to ship it. If the product is manufactured it'll take 8 business days. We understand that buying online isn't always easy, but we want to give you a chance to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all unused and unworn items. Please keep in mind that the 7-day return policy does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, or God idols. Please keep in mind that the items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

I don't like the product. How can I return my order?

You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Contact support to request a return.
